We are an innovative, multi disciplinary child therapy centre providing therapeutic services to children with development difficulties in a fun learning environment.
Our team of compassionate and highly qualified therapists have been working with kids and families to nurture and support the motor, cognitive, communication, social, and emotional development in infants, children and youth.
We provide developmental therapies to children with Autism Spectrum disorders (ASD), Sensory processing disorders (SPD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders (ADHD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), Down syndrome, Erb’s palsy, Development delay, Dyslexia and other neuro-development disorders.

Founder
Dr. Arzoo Bala is the Founder and Director of TICKLES: Child Therapy Centre. The Centre was developed in year 2013. She is a clinician in the field of child development. She has more than 15 years of experience in the area of child development.
She holds her degree in neurosciences (MPT) from one of the prestigious college Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore (Manipal University).
Dr. Arzoo Bala has passion for working with children and helping them achievetheir milestones. She feels that she is living her dream by forming a team of professionals under one roof with one philosophy.
She continued her passion by doing many advance trainings in the field of child development. She is certified in Neuro-Development Treatment (NDT) for children with Cerebral Palsy and other neuro-motor disorders from NDTA, USA 2011. She is certified in Sensory Integration Therapy from University of Southern California.
She is Certified in Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) level 1 & level 2 from Talktools USA, an effective approach to help children with speech difficulties and feeding issues. Certified in Floor time 101. Floortime is a relationship-based therapy for children with autism.
Certified in SPARK communication program, Hanen Canada for coaching parents of children with language and communication delay.
